Most patients report that Diolaze is virtually painless. You may feel a mild "snapping" sensation, but the advanced cooling tip keeps the surface of the skin comfortable throughout the session.
Because hair grows in different cycles (anagen, catagen, and telogen), multiple sessions are required to catch every follicle in its active growth phase. Most patients achieve optimal results with a series of 4 to 6 treatments, spaced 4 to 8 weeks apart.

You should shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment. Do not wax, pluck, or use depilatory creams for at least 4 weeks prior, as the laser needs the hair root to be present to be effective. Avoid sun exposure and tanning for 2 weeks before and after.
